Tony Bernard has been tattooing for 12 years. Worked at 4 shops before Leopard Ink. Born and raised in Visalia, California. Furthered his education at a tech school in Tempe, AZ which he spent nearly 4 years.

Returned to California and opened up in a salon to start by renting a booth space. Still working part time to pay his bills, ventured and quit to solely take on tattooing as his main profession. Tony has been doing steady work ever since.
